Welcome to this lovely ocean-side getaway!
This home provides a cozy respite and a fun spot for a family vacation or a romantic weekend. 

The location of this home west of Highway One provides invigorating, panoramic ocean views.
Coral Cove is light, contemporary and provides a modern home in a dramatic setting.
Upstairs offers the kitchen, dining area, living room, deck with new Softub and BBQ, and a half-bath. 
New spa and seating needed an updated photo, but weather wasn’t cooperating, so we’re offering here an “artist’s rendering” of a really nice view!

The living room has a couch and recliner and also a TV with DVD and VCR, a woodstove, telescope…and what about those fabulous ocean views? 

Kick back with a great movie, bring a board game and play with the kids…or just gaze at the timeless Pacific. 

Oh! And the open design of the upstairs makes for G-R-R-REAT views!
Downstairs, the main bedroom has a queen bed, cable TV with DVD/VCR and a sitting area. The smaller second bedroom also has a queen bed. Both rooms offer ocean views. There is a single full bathroom on this level.

Basecamp

Welcome to “Basecamp!” A lofty setting above the little village of Anchor Bay, gazing through coastal redwoods at the ocean. The interior of this great get-away is styled for civilized relaxing for the most intrepid explorer. Rugged touches, and fun artwork add to the sense that you are definitely on vacation!

The kitchen is very well equipped and roomy enough for everyone to get in on the action. Satellite TV, great entertainment system and Internet access combined with the gas heatstove in the livingroom will make ‘roughing it’ very very easy.

First bedroom has queen bed and en suite full bathroom, plus slider to the view deck. Second bedroom has 2 twins which can easily be used as a single king-size bed. Second full bathroom in the hall. The hot tub is perched above the hillside and is private.

Access to Anchor Bay beach is included! Great for boogie boarding, ab diving, tidepooling, or simply a relaxing afternoon at the shore. It’s a short walk to the trail!

Poet’s Korner

Nestled beautifully in the majestic Redwood groves, this secret retreat is a perfect departure from the ordinary.

Whether you prefer poetry, non-fiction, culinary creativity, or genuine quality time, this is the place!

The cozy living room has lovely high ceilings, a wood stove, cable TV with VCR, and lots of lighting to keep you going in those page-turners.

The kitchen here is very well equipped, including a rice cooker, blender and fancy toaster! The kitchen opens to the living room and dining area, and more of the vertical drama found only in this special wooded setting.
Guest room has a queen bed and slider to a little side deck. Master bedroom has a king bed. There is a full bathroom in the hall.

This jewel of a setting also provides nearby hiking access to the Gualala River bank beach known as “The Hot Spot.” It’s fun for picnics, or to simply rediscover the wonder of nature.

Pacific Vista

Aptly named, “Pacific Vista” offers soothing blue water views of the ocean from this east-of-One setting. Deer, rabbits and wild birds inhabit this meadow-like area, and the rare and dramatic cove called Hearn Gulch is an easy hike away. The house is approximately 10-15 minutes north of Gualala on Iversen Road.

This is a spacious, relaxed and open single-level home that clearly invites the visitor to be at rest. The expansive greatroom holds a generously equipped kitchen, lovely dining area and very comfy living room. This all opens to the patio with a fantastic new hot tub. Perfect for easy outdoor BBQ-ing, dining, and gazing. Up to date furnishings and appointments make this the perfect home away from home!

The office provides a cable modem and printer for your convenience (you supply the laptop). Also in the office is a great futon which makes for easy sitting OR sleeping.

The guest room has a queen bed, and is just off the hallway from a full bathroom.
The huge master bedroom has a king bed, seating area, and door out to the patio. The ensuite bathroom is also very roomy, and offers dual sinks, and a large shower. This room enjoys the same lovely views as the greatroom.

Also included is a garage for guest use and a propane BBQ.
Your dog is welcome for an additional pet rent of $65.

Blue Dolphin

We’d like to start the house description with a few excerpts from the guest book:

Now, for a few details about Blue Dolphin! Spectacular views sweep south and west across Island Cove. The many rocky mini-islands add to the drama. Some days will seem nearly tropical. Others will thrill you with Nature’s power and changing personality. 

Intimate dining with an infinite view. 

Color…warmth…something to please the eye with every glance. While Blue Dolphin’s bluff-top location certainly contributes to the beautiful setting, the stylish furnishings and playful accents hold their own very nicely. 

Two luxurious bedrooms each with a queen bed and ocean view. 

The bathroom with deep tub is centrally located between the two bedrooms. The view is across the top of the hot tub, and beyond into the cove. There is an additional half-bath just off the living room. The loft has gorgeous views, and also offers the satellite TV with VCR and DVD.

Ocean’s Window

Oh! Did we mention the great ocean view?

Ocean’s Window is ready for you to settle right in! Light a fire in the woodstove and get dinner simmering in the kitchen, then you can relax and enjoy a real get-away!

The second bedroom also has a queen bed. There is a half-bath across the hall.Ocean’s Window is the ideal spot for the laid back beach house getaway.

Outdoor living is a natural here, whether it’s coffee and a sunrise above the trees,
or a late afternoon BBQ after a day at the beach!

Goldenwood

Goldenwood offers exceptional ambience in a lovely park-like setting. The proximity to hiking trails and the river beach are great extras! Goldenwood is just a short drive from the Moonraker Recreation Center (tennis, pool, saunas, showers), The Sea Ranch Lodge for dining or cocktails, and several excellent beaches.

The upper floor is the main living area. The living room is gorgeous, with comfy seating, a large stone fireplace, and picture windows.

Enjoy the spacious open kitchen with great forest views.
The middle level holds two bedrooms and two baths. The guest bedroom has two twins. There is a bath with stall shower in the hall.

The master bedroom has a king bed, full bath and intimate deck with a bistro table for two.

The downstairs den is where you hang out to watch TV or that classic old movie on video. There’s a sofa and small desk. Throughout “Goldenwood” you’ll be delighted by the boldly colorful artwork, amazing array of literature and the warm sense of “home.” This home offers internet access. There is a pack ‘n’ play for those travelling with small children located in the guest room closet.

“Goldenwood” is just minutes from the Moonraker Recreation Center with its outdoor heated pool, tennis court and saunas. And of course, guests of “Goldenwood” have full access to all of the Sea Ranch trails, rec centers and beaches.

Robin’s Nest

Robin’s Nest is a charming three bedroom, two bath home with pretty ocean views and is within walking distance to Shell Beach. This home is great for your family of up to six, and boasts a hot tub, fireplace and
flat screen TV. The beautifully updated kitchen and living area are complimented by casual and cheery decor throughout to provide a welcoming and contemporary beach-house getaway. **Please Note: the owners absolutely do not allow ab divers at this home.**



The master bedroom has a queen bed and three-quarter bath. Second bedroom has a full bed, and third room has a comfy futon.
